Privacy Policy

Last updated September 15, 2026.

This Policy explains how Métrica.Social handles the personal data of people who visit and interact with www.metrica.social, in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, the LGPD).

1. Who the controller is

The controller of your data is METRICA SOCIAL LTDA, CNPJ 35.740.833/0001-73, headquartered at Rua Visconde de Pirajá, 414, room 718, Ipanema, Rio de Janeiro – RJ, ZIP 22410-905, Brazil.

For any matter regarding your data, whether a question, a request or a removal request, write to contato@metrica.social.

2. What data we collect

We collect data in two situations:

  • Data you send us. When you fill out a form on the site, such as the newsletter signup or the download of our presentation, we collect your email (and name, when requested). This data is stored in our email marketing platform (Mautic), hosted at mkt.metrica.social.
  • Browsing data. From your first visit, we collect data about how you use the site (pages visited, traffic source, device and clicks) through cookies and measurement tags, detailed in section 5. You can object to this collection at any time in the preferences in section 5.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

  • Replying to you and sending content. We use your email to send the presentation you requested, news and content, and to follow up commercially. Legal basis: consent and pre-contractual steps at your request (art. 7, I and V, LGPD).
  • Measuring audience and ad results. We use browsing data to understand what works on the site and to measure campaign results. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 7, IX, LGPD) — which is why measurement tags are active from page load, without prior acceptance. You have the right to object to this processing (art. 18, §2), by turning off each category in the preferences in section 5.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. It is processed by service providers that help us run the site:

  • Google LLC: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (audience measurement) and Google Ads (conversion measurement and remarketing).
  • Meta Platforms, Inc.: Meta Pixel (ad campaign measurement).
  • LinkedIn Corporation: LinkedIn Insight Tag (ad campaign measurement).
  • TikTok: TikTok Pixel (ad campaign measurement).

These providers may process data on servers outside Brazil (including in the United States). In such cases, the international transfer follows arts. 33 and 34 of the LGPD, based on the safeguards and contractual clauses adopted by these providers.

5. Cookies and your preferences

Strictly necessary cookies (which store, for example, your preferences) always work. The measurement and marketing cookies below are active from your first visit, in two categories you can turn off separately:

You can review or change your preferences at any time:

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data only for as long as the purpose that justifies it lasts — for example, while you want to receive our content. You can request deletion at any time, and objecting to processing based on legitimate interest ends the collection made on that basis (without affecting what was lawfully processed until then).

7. Your rights

Under the LGPD (art. 18), you may request at any time:

  • confirmation that we process your data and access to it;
  • correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
  • anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data;
  • portability and information about who we share it with;
  • deletion of data processed based on consent;
  • objection to processing based on legitimate interest.

To exercise any of these rights, or to remove your data from our records, write to contato@metrica.social.

8. Children and teenagers

The site is not intended for minors, and we do not knowingly collect data from children or teenagers.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the site or the law. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Relevant changes will be flagged on the site itself.
